This notice describes how The VPN Club handles information on this website.

Information you send

Contact messages contain the name, email address, subject and message you submit. Listing submissions contain the service and contact details you provide. Reader reviews contain the review and identification fields you complete. We store these records to respond, review submissions and manage the directory. Submissions wait for moderation before publication.

Do not include passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information in a message or review. We do not collect payment-card data through the listing form. A provider or a separate checkout handles any purchase you make on its site.

Cookies and logs

The application uses session and security cookies for forms and administrator sign-in. The server records request information such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser details for operation and abuse investigation. Affiliate-link click records may include request and browser information to understand referrals and detect automated traffic.

This rebuild does not add third-party advertising scripts or analytics trackers. Hosting or network providers may process requests to deliver and protect the site. External websites have their own policies; following a provider link takes you outside The VPN Club.

Access and retention

Site administrators can access submitted information for the purposes above. We keep information while needed to handle the request, operate the site or meet applicable obligations. Private backups may retain earlier records until their retention period ends.

Use the contact form to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. Include enough detail to locate the relevant submission without sending unnecessary sensitive data.

This notice reflects the custom site introduced on 5 November 2026. We will revise it when the way this site collects or uses information changes.
